		<description>It is clear that the US Government is using it&#039;s power to steal GM from the rightfull owners and creditors. (The legitamate current share holders and creditors [bond holders]).  Why would any person or entity invest in the US in the future.  If a company fails the creditors have a right to liquidate the company or see it reorganized under law and be compensated in the order of their legal interest.  The share holders take their loss just as they would have taken their gain if the company was profitable. It this case the US Brushing them aside as though their free market rights are criminal greed.</description>
