Someone who knows how to Disrupt the status quo in order to improve competitiveness - especially against larger, better financed and higher market share competitors. Yahoo! employees and investors are lucky to have a CEO able to affect change, and not just someone with &quot;ad industry credentials.&quot; This appointment certainly better positions Yahoo! than the newspaper CEOs who are cutting costs while watching their businesses disappear as advertisers go to the web.
