		<description>I understand that as people cut back and reduce spending there is a concern of deflation. What is not factored into this equation, even the stimulus packages geared to increase spending, is that by cutting back people are saving. Increase savings deposits gives banks more lending capacity. Isn&#039;t increased savings better than increased spending to mitigate our financial implosion?</description>
