My opinion is that its now BUY. Waited for this one, but once the crazy nationalization argument came up, I knew it was time. When prices drop to .19 of book value, when the price drop is not justified and only surrounded by fears that are ridiculous to say the least, then its time to jump in. Insiders are buying, the nationalization argument is ridiculous, I think Berkshire should consider this one. Buying at 4-5 and watching it go quickly to 7-8 and then a bit slower to 13-15 will be nice. Good luck to all.
