		<description>All considered, I believe all banks involved in structured investment vehicles along with regulators and authorities would
be sent into jail.

You cannot allow yourself to play games to make money.
The control mechanism too, has to accomplish its duty.
Both failed.

Feb, SEC, MoF all are guilty, not to have identified the dirt and
annihilate it.

Finally, each time Greenspan open the mouth, we get something
bad. He has to keep silent.
